Development & Fundraising Specialist PT
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners
- Build and manage a fundraising pipeline aligned with DIRI’s strategic priorities
- Conduct donor outreach via meetings, calls, written proposals, and events
- Collaborate with leadership on approved campaigns and initiatives
- Track donor engagement and fundraising activity in reporting systems
- Assist with donor stewardship and recognition
- Represent DIRI with professionalism and ethical integrity

- Research, Archives & Legacy Stewardship

- Flexible scheduling coordinated with leadership
- Occasional meetings or events may be required
- Demonstrated experience in fundraising, development, sales, or revenue generation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
- Experience with nonprofit or educational organizations preferred
- Are motivated by mission-driven work and believe in expanding access to professional education
- Enjoy building authentic relationships and connecting donors to meaningful impact
- Are self-directed and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Have experience in fundraising, development, sales, or relationship-based revenue generation

Base Pay
- Hourly wage at or above Colorado minimum wage
- Paid twice per month on the 15th, and the last day of the month
- Up to 20 hours per week
