Development & Fundraising Specialist PT

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners
  • Build and manage a fundraising pipeline aligned with DIRI’s strategic priorities
  • Conduct donor outreach via meetings, calls, written proposals, and events
  • Collaborate with leadership on approved campaigns and initiatives
  • Track donor engagement and fundraising activity in reporting systems
  • Assist with donor stewardship and recognition
  • Represent DIRI with professionalism and ethical integrity

Work Environment
  • Remote position
  • Flexible scheduling coordinated with leadership
  • Occasional meetings or events may be required
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in fundraising, development, sales, or revenue generation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Experience with nonprofit or educational organizations preferred

Base Pay
  • Hourly wage at or above Colorado minimum wage
  • Paid twice per month on the 15th, and the last day of the month
  • Up to 20 hours per week
