Women's Business Network Luncheon
Held the fourth Tuesday of every month from Noon-1:30pm, the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce offers a luncheon with networking and a featured speaker or activity for professional and entrepreneurial women in and around Lafayette. The Women's Business Network is a fun, friendly, and open networking and learning environment. All are welcome!

Kicking off our year is LaVonna Roth with Ignite Your S.H.I.N.E., which exists to spark the brilliance in every woman, helping her break through barriers and lead with confidence and purpose.

A little bit about her:
There came a moment I couldn’t ignore. I learned that women were not only being overlooked as leaders, but in some industries, the number of women in leadership was actually going down. I thought, how is this still happening? In a time when we should be making real progress, we were slipping backward. That was my “enough is enough” moment.

Over the years, I’ve worked with leaders across industries and noticed a pattern: women questioning themselves, hesitating to speak up, or quieting their voice in rooms where they had so much to offer. That’s why I evolved the S.H.I.N.E. Framework, not as a program but as a guide to help women lead from the inside out, grow in confidence, and speak with presence that feels true to self.

If you’ve ever questioned your voice, your value, or whether you belong at the table, you’re not alone. Leadership is about discovering who you are so you lead in a way that reflects YOU. Let’s ensure you lead with confidence and presence as you light a way forward for others to do the same.
