Held the fourth Tuesday of every month from Noon-1:30pm, the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce offers a luncheon with networking and a featured speaker or activity for professional and entrepreneurial women in and around Lafayette. The Women's Business Network is a fun, friendly, and open networking and learning environment. All are welcome!

Refuel the Leader Within: How to Stay Grounded When the Work Never Stops
Kicking off our year is LaVonna Roth with Ignite Your S.H.I.N.E.!
We are often told that refueling as a leader looks like journaling, gratitude practices, or taking a walk. While those can help, we can also add more pressure when we do not truly align with who we are or what we need. Between meetings, emails, and constant decision-making, even the strongest leaders can run low on fuel. This session creates space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what genuinely sustains you, focusing on deeper shifts that build energy and resilience over time rather than relying on quick fixes.
