FLEX Stretch Therapy and Kismetfit are thrilled to announce the launch of our fabulous Weekend Warrior Workshop series!!!
Our certified personal trainer, Shanna, will guide you through a rigorous core workout, followed by a restorative percussive massage training session with Caitlyn.
