Training Day, Thursday January. 26, offers members and guests an opportunity to try out a training session and discover how one on one personal training can help them reach their fitness goals.
Training Day gives 24 Hour Fitness the opportunity to engage more members with our Coach team and the benefits of our fitness programs. Each 30 minute workout will be tailored to what the member’s interested in. It’s a chance for new and existing members to train with a coach individually or bring a friend – for free!
