Join us for a boutique wellness evening limited to just a few attendees. Sasha Viers will lead a 45-minute Pilates mat class, followed by a relaxation period where Erin Meyers will use press-needles and ear seeds, and we'll close with a glass of Prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling beverage. Please wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing and bring your own mat.
