Description
Cheese-Making Focusing on 30 Minute Mozzarella by cheese expert Pamela Zorn of Wine & Whey. She will demonstrate how to craft a perfect batch of fresh mozzarella twice in a row. The class will run about 1.5 hours and during class there will be sampling of the cheese made right before your eyes. Cheese kits and supplies will be available for purchase after class. Price: $22 per person. Spaces limited.
