DESCRIPTION:Get a booth space at this inaugural event showcasing chamber members in Lafayette and Louisville.  The event will be open to the public and will include a free after hours from 5:00pm-7:00pm. \n\n	\n\n	Spaces are limited to 30 for each Chambers so sign up now.\n\n	\n\n	All registrations must be received by\n\n	September 9th.\n\n	\n\n	Advanced payment is required - no space will be reserved without payment.\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	Exhibitor Rules & Regulations\n\n	1. L & L Business Showcase will be held on Thursday\, September 29\, 2011 from 4-7 p.m.  All exhibitors must guarantee that their booth will be staffed during the entire show hours.\n\n	2. Set up begins at 2:30 and must be completed by 3:45.  Dismantling begins at 7:00 p.m. & must be completed by 7:45 p.m.\n\n	3. No exhibitor product shall be sold during the Showcase.  Contracting for such sales at a future date is permitted.\n\n	4. Lease of an exhibitor space does not constitute an endorsement by the Chamber of the exhibitor's\n\n	product or service.\n\n	5. The Chamber is not responsible for delays\, damage\, loss or other conditions caused by circumstances\n\n	beyond its control.\n\n	6. We encourage you to decorate your space to enhance your display area.  Prizes\, gimmicks\, etc. can be distributed at your table.
